ZEONA is registered as a European Union trade mark under no. 019337565, and the Zeona pillow design as a registered European Union design under no. 015136765-0001, both owned by KleverPlay Games & Technology SL, with registered address in Aranjuez (Madrid), Spain. The reproduction, imitation, distribution or transformation of the trade mark, the design, or the texts, images and content of the application without the express authorisation of the owner is prohibited. Any unauthorised use will give rise to the actions provided for in Regulation (EU) 2017/1001, Regulation (EC) 6/2002 and applicable Spanish law.
