Cookie Policy
What storage technologies this website uses and how you can manage them.
1. Do we use cookies?
Only if you accept them. When you arrive you will see a notice with two buttons of the same size, “Accept” and “Reject”. If you reject, or do not answer, this website installs no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones.
If you accept, we switch on the Meta pixel (Instagram and Facebook), the TikTok pixel and Google Analytics, which let us measure whether our ads work and how the site is used (details in section 3). You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
There is one more exception, also up to you: if you press play on a video, the Vimeo player loads and may install technical cookies. Until you press it, nothing happens.
2. Local storage (localStorage)
So that you do not have to repeat yourself as you move between pages, we store a few technical items in your own browser. None of them leaves your device:
zeona-reserva — the products and units you have added to “My reservation”.
zeona-idioma — whether you chose Spanish or English, so we do not suggest the other one again.
zeona-cookies — whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so we do not ask again.
zeona-nombre and zeona-email — only if you send a reservation, so we do not ask twice. They live in session storage and are deleted when you close the tab.
All of them stay on your device and are never sent to any server on their own: your name and email travel only when you press the send button. They are equivalent to strictly necessary technical cookies, exempt from consent according to the Spanish Data Protection Agency criteria.
You can delete them at any time by emptying your reservation list or clearing your browsing data (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data).
3. Third-party resources
The fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). When the page loads, your browser connects to Google servers, which may record technical data such as your IP address. Google Fonts does not install cookies. More information in the Google privacy policy.
Google Analytics 4 (only if you accept)
A tool from Google Ireland Ltd. that tells us how many people visit the site, where they come from (a search, an ad, Instagram, TikTok) and which pages they look at. We use it to understand what works, not to identify you: we do not send it your name or email, and your IP address is handled anonymised.
_ga — tells your browser apart from others · 2 years.
_ga_Q3D43R5YHX — keeps your session state · 2 years.
Purpose: analytics. Legal basis: your consent. We keep the data for 14 months. More information in the Google privacy policy.
Meta pixel (only if you accept)
A tool from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland) that tells us whether people arriving from an Instagram or Facebook ad view a product, add it to their reservation, send the reservation or sign up for the newsletter. It helps us know which ads work and show them to people with similar interests. We do not send Meta your name or email: only the product, units and amount.
_fbp — identifies your browser to measure ads · 3 months.
_fbc — stores the ad click you came from, if any · 3 months.
Purpose: advertising and measurement. Legal basis: your consent. Meta may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of its privacy policy.
TikTok pixel (only if you accept)
A tool from TikTok Technology Limited (Ireland) that tells us whether people arriving from a TikTok ad view a product, add it to their reservation, send the reservation or sign up for the newsletter. It helps us know which ads work and show them to people with similar interests. We do not send TikTok your name or email: only the product, units and amount.
_ttp — identifies your browser to measure ads · 13 months.
_tt_enable_cookie — checks whether the browser accepts cookies · 13 months.
ttcsid and ttcsid_* — group the visits of one session · up to 13 months.
Purpose: advertising and measurement. Legal basis: your consent. TikTok may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of its privacy policy.
Videos hosted on Vimeo
The videos on this website are hosted on Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., United States). We have set the player up so that it does not load until you press play: until then your browser never connects to Vimeo, sends it nothing and receives no cookies from it. What you see before pressing play is an image hosted on our own server.
Pressing play authorises that connection. The player loads in “Do Not Track” mode, which prevents Vimeo from using your data for analytics or advertising, but Vimeo may install technical cookies needed to play the video and may record data such as your IP address. See their privacy policy and cookie policy.
4. Changes to this policy
If we add other cookies, we will update this policy and add them to the cookie notice before switching them on.
