2. Data we collect

This website has three forms that send data to our server: the reservation form (the «My reservation» panel), the ambassador application form and the newsletter subscription form. In all three cases we only process the data you choose to give us, and it is sent only when you press the send button and tick the relevant acceptance box:

• Contact data: name and email address.
• Reservation data: the products and units you want to reserve, and any message you write to us.
• Ambassador application data: your profile, the link to your channels or space, and the message you send us.
• Newsletter data: only your email address, and only if you tick the box accepting communications.

The list of products you add to "My reservation" is stored in your browser local storage (localStorage) while you browse, and is only transmitted to our server the moment you press «Send reservation». See the Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose of processing

• To manage your pre-order and communicate its confirmation and next steps.
• To answer the enquiries you send us by email or through the forms on this website.
• To send you news about the launch and the ambassador programme, only if you expressly ask us to (newsletter subscription).

4. Legal basis

• Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): handling your reservation request.
• Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): sending the commercial communications you have requested by ticking the relevant box in the newsletter, the reservation or the ambassador application. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@zeona.life.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. Only our email and hosting providers have access, acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Retention

We will keep your data while the pre-order phase is active and, after launch, for as long as necessary to handle your order or enquiry and to comply with applicable legal obligations. If you only subscribe to the newsletter, until you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to info@zeona.life.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, in accordance with Articles 24 to 32 of the GDPR.

9. Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14. If we detect data from a minor without guardian authorisation, we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
